The U.S. presidential race and the successful candidacy of Barack Obama is a generational battle. Clearly, the 50% vote of whites 18-29 years-old is indicative of change in the United States. Yes, we still live in an America where racism, poverty and injustice are daily realities but this SC vote is a powerful statement of the possibility of a better America.
Barack Obama seems to be back on his game and running his race; that is when he is most powerful, charismatic and presidential.
